1. Order Processing Time

Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

High Volume Seasons: During peak times (e.g., holidays or sales), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

Pre-Order Items: If you purchase a pre-order item, shipping times will vary depending on the estimated arrival date provided on the product page.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options based on your location:
Domestic Shipping (Within United States)

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days. Rates vary based on weight and distance, calculated at checkout.

Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days. Rates are higher but ensure faster delivery.

Free Shipping: On orders over $150.00, we offer free standard shipping.
International Shipping

Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination. Rates vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.

Duties & Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These are the buyer's responsibility.
3. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to most locations worldwide, but certain oversized or restricted items may not be available for international shipping.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations due to carrier restrictions.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the carrier’s website.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.
5. Delivery Issues

Lost Packages: If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will assist in tracking down your package.

Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging.
6. Delayed or Failed Delivery
While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing may cause delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
7. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Currently, we only offer shipping to one address per order. If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
8. Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After this time, we begin processing, and changes or cancellations may not be possible.
- Please contact customer service as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.
