Shipping Policy — Athena's Decor

Free U.S. shipping on orders of $500 or more. Standard shipping is free to U.S. addresses when your order subtotal is $500 or more.
Orders under $500 (U.S.): Economy shipping is $4.90 for orders up to 5 lb and $19.90 for 5–70 lb. Heavier orders are $79. Some products always ship free; where that applies, checkout shows $0. The exact rate is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Large items (saunas, cold plunges, simulators, furniture): these ship by freight and are delivered to your curb or driveway. The carrier contacts you to book a delivery time, and you receive tracking by email. Each product page lists its delivery window under Delivery & setup.
Processing and delivery times: in-stock items from our New Jersey storage room ship within 1–2 business days. Items shipped from our partner warehouses typically arrive in 5–12 business days after dispatch; freight items in 3–21 business days depending on the carrier's schedule. Tracking is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the package.
International orders: rates are calculated at checkout. Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the buyer's responsibility.
Damaged or missing items: inspect your delivery when it arrives and report any damage or missing parts within 7 days, with photos of the item and the packaging, to info@athenasdecor.com. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Returns: see our Refund & Return Policy. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery; return shipping and a restocking fee may apply on freight items.
