Delivery and what to expect

• Ships by freight. Oversized items typically take 3–21 business days depending on the carrier's schedule, and the carrier contacts you to book a delivery appointment.
• Curbside delivery is standard. The carrier brings it to the curb — not into the garden, and not assembled. Plan how you will move a crated sauna from the street, and have help on hand.
• Installation is not included. You arrange a level, load-bearing base (gravel, pavers or concrete) and a licensed electrician for the hardwired 220V circuit. Price both before ordering.
• Inspect before you sign. Photograph the crate and the contents on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, email info@athenasdecor.com within 7 days with photos of the product and the packaging.
• Financing. Shop Pay Installments is available at checkout — the monthly figure is shown with the price.
