Ships curbside by LTL freight on a pallet or in a crate. Transit is typically 3–21 business days after dispatch, depending on your state and the carrier's route.

The freight carrier calls the phone number on your order to book a delivery window. Someone must be present to receive the shipment.

Curbside means the driver brings the shipment to the end of your driveway or building entrance, not inside. Plan for help to move it to its final spot.

Before you sign the delivery receipt, inspect the crate or pallet on all sides and photograph it. Note any dents, punctures or crushed corners on the receipt itself.

Report damage or a shortage within 7 days of delivery by emailing support with your order number and photos. Damage noted on the delivery receipt is the fastest to resolve.

Ceiling height: most golfers need roughly 9–10 ft of clear ceiling to swing a driver. Measure your own swing with your longest club in the room before ordering.

Room depth: allow for the hitting area, the space between the tee and the screen the launch monitor or simulator maker specifies, and room behind the golfer to swing.

Room width: a right- and left-handed setup needs the tee centered; a single-handed setup can offset it. Leave space to walk around the enclosure.

A projector, launch monitor and computer are not included unless the product description lists them.

Assembly: enclosures are designed for two people. Frames connect without tools or with basic hand tools; allow a couple of hours.

Manufacturer warranty terms vary by product and are stated in the documentation that ships with it. If a warranty claim is needed, email support with your order number and we handle it with the manufacturer on your behalf.

14-day returns: contact support within 14 days of delivery for a return authorization. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

On a non-defective return the buyer pays return shipping. Freight items may be subject to a restocking fee, which is confirmed before the return is booked.

Damaged on arrival, defective or wrong-item orders are replaced or refunded at no cost to you once the damage report is received.
