The freight carrier calls the phone number on your order to book a delivery window. Someone must be present to receive the shipment.

Curbside means the driver brings the shipment to the end of your driveway or building entrance, not inside. Plan for help to move it to its final spot.

Before you sign the delivery receipt, inspect the crate or pallet on all sides and photograph it. Note any dents, punctures or crushed corners on the receipt itself.

Report damage or a shortage within 7 days of delivery by emailing support with your order number and photos. Damage noted on the delivery receipt is the fastest to resolve.

Site: a level, load-bearing surface. A filled tub is heavy — the water alone weighs far more than the tub — so never place it on a balcony or deck that is not rated for the load.

Power: plug-in chillers use a standard grounded outlet. Use a GFCI-protected outlet near water, as required by code, and keep the cord and chiller off wet ground.

Water care: run the filter as directed, use the ozone or sanitation system where fitted, and change the water on the schedule the manufacturer states. Clean water keeps the chiller efficient.

Indoor use needs a floor that drains or a plan for splashes and condensation; outdoor use needs a cover to keep debris out.

Manufacturer warranty terms vary by product and are stated in the documentation that ships with it. If a warranty claim is needed, email support with your order number and we handle it with the manufacturer on your behalf.

14-day returns: contact support within 14 days of delivery for a return authorization. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

On a non-defective return the buyer pays return shipping. Freight items may be subject to a restocking fee, which is confirmed before the return is booked.

Damaged on arrival, defective or wrong-item orders are replaced or refunded at no cost to you once the damage report is received.

Follow the manufacturer's schedule for your filter and sanitation system. With filtration and ozone running, water changes are far less frequent than in an unfiltered tub.

Models sold for outdoor use can, on a level draining surface with a cover. Keep the chiller sheltered from rain and direct sun, and protect the lines from freezing.

Check Specs for a drain valve. A tub with one drains by hose to a floor drain or outdoors; a tub without one is emptied with a submersible pump or a siphon, which takes a few minutes.

The chiller's rated temperature range and horsepower are in the Specs block. As a guide, a 1HP unit holds a 100-gallon tub in the 37–50°F band in a sheltered space; pull-down time depends on starting water temperature, insulation and ambient heat, so a first cool-down takes hours, not minutes.

Included: the tub, and the chiller, filter and hoses where the specs list them. Sold separately unless listed: an insulated cover, steps, a thermometer, sanitation tablets and a water pump. Ask and we quote them with the tub so it arrives as one shipment.

No. An item this size and weight never ships by parcel — it goes by LTL freight on a pallet or in a crate, curbside, with a delivery appointment. If a marketplace listing ever shows a parcel carrier on a freight item, that is a listing error on our side, not a different product: email us with the order number and we confirm the freight booking.

Your order is placed with the warehouse the same or next business day, and you get a confirmation from us then — you will not be left wondering. Freight shipments carry a PRO (tracking) number as soon as the carrier collects, and we send it to you with the carrier's name and phone number; the carrier then calls you to book the delivery window.
